Prepare your Notice of Joint Family Claim (Form F1)

Step 3 File the Notice of Joint Family Claim (Form F1)
Step 4 Prepare the Affidavit — Desk Order Divorce (Form F38) and Child Support Affidavit (Form F37), if applicable
Step 5 Swear or affirm the Affidavit — Desk Order Divorce (Form F38) and the Child Support Affidavit (Form F37), if applicable
Step 6 Prepare the Requisition (Form F35), Certificate of Pleadings (Form F36), and draft Final Order (Form F52)
Step 7 Make the final application
Step 8 Order a Certificate of Divorce (Form F56), if you want one
