Intro Before you begin your Provincial Court application
Step 1 Collect documents about the order you want to change
Step 2 Get the court forms
Step 3 Collect documents about your income, if necessary
Step 4 Prepare the court documents
Step 5 Swear or affirm the Financial Statement (Form 4), if necessary
Step 6 Make copies of the documents
Step 7 File the documents
Step 8 Notify the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program, if necessary
Step 9 Give the documents to the other party
Step 10 Wait for the Reply (Form 3)
Step 11 Attend the first appearance date
Step 12 Prepare for the Family Case Conference, if necessary
Step 13 Attend the Family Case Conference, if necessary
Step 14 Attend a trial preparation conference, if necessary
Step 15 Prepare for trial
Step 16 Attend the trial
Step 17 Get the order
Step 18 Notify the Family Enforcement Program, if necessary
