Intro Before you begin your Provincial Court response
Step 1 Check you have copies of all the documents you need
Step 2 Collect documents about your income, if necessary
Step 3 Prepare the court documents
Step 4 Swear or affirm the Financial Statement (Form 4), if necessary
Step 5 Make copies of the documents
Step 6 File the documents
Step 7 Receive notice of the court date
Step 8 Attend the first appearance date
Step 9 Prepare for the Family Case Conference, if necessary
Step 10 Attend the Family Case Conference, if necessary
Step 11 Attend a trial preparation conference, if necessary
Step 12 Prepare for the trial
Step 13 Attend the trial
Step 14 Get the order
