How to apply to change a final order

Intro Before you begin your Supreme Court application
Step 1 Collect documents about the order you want to change
Step 2 Consider having a Judicial Case Conference
Step 3 Prepare the court documents
Step 4 Swear or affirm the documents
Step 5 Give the documents to the other party and file them at the registry
Step 6 Send a copy of the application to the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program, if necessary
Step 7 Wait five days
Step 8 Prepare the responding Affidavit (Form F30), if necessary
Step 9 Prepare an Application Record
Step 10 Serve the Application Record index and file the Application Record
Step 11 Appear in court
Step 12 Prepare the Order Made After Application (Form F51)
Step 13 File the order at the court registry
Step 14 Pick up the approved order and mail a copy to the other party
Step 15 File the new order with the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program, if necessary
