Intro Before you respond
Step 1 Determine your first step
Step 2 Prepare for a Judicial Case Conference, if there is one
Step 3 Review the application and figure out your time limits
Step 4 Collect documents about your current order
Step 5 Prepare the court documents
Step 6 Swear or affirm the documents
Step 7 File the documents and give copies to the other party
Step 8 Receive and review further documents
Step 9 Prepare an Application Record, if you want one
Step 10 Appear in court
Step 11 Review the order, sign it, and get a copy of the approved order
Step 12 File the order with the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program, if you want
