How to apply for a non-final family order

Intro Before you begin your Supreme Court application
Step 1 Prepare and file the preliminary court documents
Step 2 Give the documents to the other party
Step 3 Wait for a response
Step 4 Deal with the Judicial Case Conference
Step 5 Prepare documents for the non-final order application
Step 6 Swear or affirm the documents
Step 7 Give the documents to the other party
Step 8 Wait five days
Step 9 Prepare the next court document
Step 10 Prepare an Application Record
Step 11 Serve the Application Record index on the other party and file the Application Record at the registry
Step 12 Appear in court
Step 13 Prepare the Order Made After Application (Form F51)
Step 14 File the order at the court registry
Step 15 Pick up the approved order and mail a copy to the other party
Step 16 File the order with the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program, if you want
